Cheval Holding AS was established in 2010 and is today a group with a number of subsidiaries.
Our main expertise and business includes housing development, renovation, rental, and interior design
design & consulting. This wide range allows us to have good control over several stages
value chain, and ensure a more predictable implementation capability. Through a long sailing time in
industry with good results, we have been able to acquire the professional and creative
the competence expected to fulfill the housing dream. The key to the success rate we have,
due to good partners, high quality suppliers as well as a large network so that
the group will be a collective of skilled colleagues in the field we work with. Quality,
Integrity and competence are central to our business and that is at the heart of all ours
projects. 
 
Our board has more than 20 years of work experience from both real estate and
the banking / financial markets in the Nordic countries, England and Spain. Through this commitment we have
participated in the facilitation and implementation of many small, medium and large housing projects.
Our group has gathered a strong balance sheet with solid equity and a very low debt ratio.
In total, we manage our own portfolio of more than NOK 300 million.
 
We have ongoing projects that are being completed and are actively working for future expansion of
the business.
